Article 1: object
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner undertakes to personally welcome you with all the necessary attention to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
Article 2 - Duration of stay
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 3 - Reservation and Conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner within a week a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room booked. Prices are inclusive of all charges.
By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below. Please note that without payment of the deposit within the stipulated period, the reservation is not confirmed and that, consequently, we reserve the right to recover the rooms.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by email to the owner.
a)You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.

b) cancellation less than 7 days before arrival at the premises: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request all or part of the balance of the stay.

c) If the customer does not appear before 10 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
d) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains in full with the owner.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner
When before the start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by email with reading confirmation
The customer, without prejudging any recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.
Article 6 / Arrival -
The customer must arrive on the day specified when booking, from 5 p.m. (room availability time) and before 8 p.m. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner. Please do not arrive after 10:00 p.m.
Article 7 / departure -
Check-out time for rooms is 10 a.m. at the latest.
Article 8 - Payment of balance
The balance is to be paid on arrival at the owner's house.
Consumption and additional services not mentioned in the contract or quote will be payable to the owner at the end of the stay.
Article 9/ Change of room
Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer with a room of the same capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 10 - Use of the premises
The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and must declare any damage for which he may be responsible and assume responsibility for repairs.
Our guests' attention is drawn to the fact that minors operating on the property are placed under the sole supervision of their parents or persons having authority over them.
The entire house is a non-smoking area.
Article 11 - Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers.
This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.


Article 12/ Animals
Animal welcome, we only accept one dog on the property.

Our conditions for welcoming your dog. Only on request. Only the Cardamine room will be offered for the reception of a maximum dog with a supplement of 7€ per day.

In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, this cannot be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the client's departure, no refund can be considered.
Article 13
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired upon payment of the deposit.
